Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Trade Sathi: the website at tradesathi.app and the app behind it. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Trade Sathi.

What Trade Sathi is

Trade Sathi is a software tool that produces automated, AI-generated analysis of price charts and company financials: trend state, support and resistance zones, volatility, conditional scenarios, fundamentals summaries and scheduled daily briefings. It is currently offered as a free beta.

Not investment advice

Trade Sathi is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser or a research analyst, and it is not a broker.
Everything Trade Sathi produces is general, automated analysis. It does not know your finances, goals or risk tolerance. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and it is not an invitation to trade.
Scenarios, levels and probabilities are model output. They can be wrong, and how a chart has behaved in the past does not predict how it will behave next.
You alone decide whether and how to trade, and you bear the results. Trading, and derivatives in particular, can lose more money than you expect. If you want advice, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Trade Sathi.
Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, including accounts opened to collect extra free credits.

The free beta and credits

Each analysis spends credits from your balance. During the beta, purchases are switched off and credits come from promo codes, such as the beta code.
Credits have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, refunded as money or exchanged for anything other than use of Trade Sathi.
A code can be redeemed once per account unless it says otherwise. We may change what a code grants, or end it, at any time.
If an analysis cannot be produced, its credit is returned to your balance automatically.
Beta features may change, pause or stop, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We will announce on the site before paid plans replace the beta.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use Trade Sathi unlawfully, including to break SEBI rules, for example by republishing its output as buy or sell tips, a paid signal service or investment advice;
scrape, copy or resell the service or its output, or reach it by automated means other than the app itself;
probe, disrupt or overload the service, or get around its limits;
upload material you have no right to share, or that contains other people's personal data.

Your content

You keep ownership of the charts and information you submit. You allow us to store and process them to run the service for you, which includes sending chart images and price data to the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy. Please do not upload screenshots that show personal or account details.

Market data

Prices, charts and company figures come from third-party sources. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we do not guarantee them. Check anything that matters against your broker or the exchange before you rely on it.

Our service

The software, design, text and brand of Trade Sathi belong to us. Using the service gives you no rights in them beyond using it under these terms.

No warranty

Trade Sathi is provided "as is" and "as available", especially during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading or investment loss, lost profit, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Trade Sathi or its output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. During the free beta, that amount is ₹0.

Ending your use

You can stop using Trade Sathi at any time, and ask us to delete your account through the Contact page. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, and we may end the beta.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will announce significant changes on the site. Using Trade Sathi after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
